Welcome to SawaBot ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our service that connects to Facebook and Instagram and uses AI-powered tools to assist with messaging, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Description of Service

SawaBot connects to your Instagram or Facebook Business account via the Meta Graph API and provides the ability to:

View and manage customer messages
Automatically respond to FAQs using OpenAI's ChatGPT

2. User Eligibility

To use SawaBot, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid Instagram or Facebook Business account
Agree to Meta’s Platform Terms: Meta Platform Terms

3. Data Access & Responsibility

You grant us permission to:

Access messages sent to your page
Process message content through the OpenAI API for generating automated replies

You remain responsible for monitoring responses and complying with applicable data regulations.

4. Limitations and Liability

SawaBot is not liable for inaccuracies or issues resulting from AI-generated replies. Misuse of the app may result in suspension or termination.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if legally required.

6. Changes

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of SawaBot indicates acceptance of the updated version.
